Goal: Translate the current training notebook baristas use while onboarding and continuing to learn about coffee.
Idea: Taste your way through the full Starbucks portfolio of roasts and blends. Take notes, earn stamps, and learn what you love about your favorite roasts, and how to brew it even better.
Results: We built an interactive guide through the world of coffee including how to taste, how to brew, and a guide through the ever complicated world of espresso drinks. Loved so much, the product was released to not just Starbucks baristas, but to all coffee drinkers.
By shrinking the knowledge gap between barista and customer; the only thing that sets them apart may just be that one can correctly spell the customer’s name.
